Top Note - lemon peel, fir needle

Heart Note - clove, blackcurrant

Base - musk, rose petals

Top note is the scents you detect first. It is the initial impression you get when you first smell a candle. The heart notes make up the “heart” of the fragrance, the base note is the scent that lingers even after the candle is blown out.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR CANDLE.

1. Never leave candles burning unsupervised. Always keep candles out of reach of children, pets and flammable items.

2.  When lighting for the first time it is important that you burn fo 4 hours as this gives the wax to melt across the entire surface to the sides of the jar. This helps to prevent tunnelling which leaves a build-up of wax around the vessel's sides and can reduce the maximum burn time.

3. Our candles have multiple wicks and all wicks must be lit every time.

4. Never burn a candle for longer than four hours at a time. 

5. Store your candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and dust.

6.  Never go to sleep with a candle still burning, and never leave a burning candle or oil burner in a child’s bedroom.

7. Do not position candles or fragrance products on or near TV cabinets, electrical items or heat sources.

8. Under no circumstances should any product that generates heat, flame or fragrance be placed directly onto antique, valuable or highly polished furniture.

9. Draught can cause a candle to smoke. Avoid burning candles in an area where there is a draught or fan.

10. Do not use if the glass container is cracked, chipped or broken.

11. Candle containers may become hot. Handle with care and wait for the wax to set and the candle to cool before moving. Never move a burning candle.

12. When lighting a candle using a match, take care to prevent any match debris from dropping onto the candle.

13. Don’t put candles under shelves. It’s easy to forget that there’s a lot of heat above a burning candle. If you put your candle under a shelf or other surface it may burn the surface above.

14. Always remove any build up on your wick between each burn , its important to look after your candle to ensure you get the best out of it.
